Text Box: Our staff members are a very important part of our show. Staff members wear uniforms to be easily visible to our patrons. Documentation is kept of staff members trained in safe operation and daily safety inspections of equipment. Great effort by all helps ensure everyone enjoys their time at the carnival. Everyone’s enjoyment is of utmost importance to all of us at Earl’s Rides, Inc. The past several years we have employed University students from Poland, Ghana, and Russia using a J1 work visa. They enjoyed showing us their culture and in turn we showed them American cultures and traditions.
